I haven't had a Taiwanese style breakfast in awhile so I was really happy to have ran into Four Sea Restaurant! Parking is a little rough in this complex due to lots of popular shops and restaurants - but people are always coming in and out of the lot. I got the thousand year egg and pork congee, fried taro cake with egg and a fried Chinese donut. There was not a long wait for my food and the Congee was very good to pair with the fried Chinese donut. I dipped the donut into the congee! The fried taro cake with egg was super good and I loved how crispy the outside was and how the inside was melting in my mouth. Overall would come back again when I'm craving Taiwanese breakfast

I like coming here. This time I bought their thermal mug for $35 where you can get free refills of hot soymilk daily until end of 2024. What a great deal! There are 4 locations in Southern CA and 2 of them happens to be near where I live and work. I really enjoy a hot glass of soymilk without any sugar. I like to pair it with their fried Chinese donut and it is quite delicious. Brings back a lot of good memories of my grandma making soymilk for breakfast for me before attending school. Staff here can speak both English and Mandarin. Very helpful and even gave me sampes of various soymilk and matcha tea to try. Their Taiwanese breakfast foods are made fresh to order and I like to also get their black sesame buns. Will definitely come back often to try their salty soymilk!

Staff are so friendly. We were first time there and the lady taking orders gave nice recommendations. Turnip cakes are the best! Duck wings are also very yummy! Definitely would come back. I also ordered some pasties like egg yolk ones to go. I think those are okay.

This is a very authentic feeling Chinese restaurant. They serve many different Chinese specialty desserts, and Chinese specialty different entrées. I enjoy the fan tuan, because of their addicting texture and taste! I would definitely come back again, really interested in trying this salty soy milk. Service is pretty typical for what you would expect at a restaurant like this, but they are relatively pretty fast. Overall, I enjoyed going here, and will definitely come back frequently.

First time trying Taiwanese breakfast and found the food delicious and filling. Savory selections that hit the spot on a cold and gloomy morning. Price was reasonable and had leftover portions to take home afterwards. Plenty of parking space and indoor seating available.
